Grace Rizza, the owner of Identity Dental Marketing, has experience working internally as a marketing director for several dental offices. For the past 7 years, she has made it her personal mission to improve the business of each dental practice she encounters.
In her first position as marketing director for a multiple-location dental practice, she tripled the number of new patients seen on a monthly basis (in 3 short months, on the same marketing budget). From there, she created a variety of internal marketing training workshops for the entire team. She attended a variety of marketing seminars and became obsessed with dental marketing and dental branding as a whole. In 2009, she felt compelled to share her insight with the dental community, and started Identity Dental Marketing.
Prior to her dental marketing experience, Grace Rizza graduated with honors in Advertising and Psychology with a curriculum focus in advanced copy writing and design, which laid a solid foundation for her future. She gained experience in website and print copy writing while working for the American Red Cross of Southeastern Wisconsin. From there, she furthered her graphic design experience at a Chicago Graphic Design Company. With a desire to learn more about marketing, Grace took a hands-on sales position in the competitive environment of downtown Chicago.
