Anne M. Oldenburg

Ms. Oldenburg is a partner with the law firm of HeplerBroom, LLC. She focuses her practice on the defense of healthcare professionals, including all aspects of civil litigation. She represents professionals before state licensing boards. Ms. Oldenburg is a member of numerous bar associations. and is on the Board of Trustees for Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. She has published and lectured extensively on issues relating to healthcare litigation and risk management issues.

Linda J. Hay

Ms. Hay is a partner with the law firm of HeplerBroom, LLC. She actively defends professional liability cases. Ms. Hay regularly presents seminars on risk and claims management for both professional and dental malpractice cases. She publishes and lectures on risk and claims management issues.

Intended Audience – Restorative Clinicians and Administrative Staff

For better patient care, clinicians need to ensure they protect their patients and themselves. As legal laws change, clinicians need to keep up with those changes and understand that by protecting themselves, they are doing what is best for their patients.
