Billy Goddard is a Certified Dental Technician in Kingsport, Tennessee. Billy became the president of Premier Dental Arts in 2018. By utilizing the latest technology and exceeding industry standards, he has helped Premier Dental Arts become Northeast Tennessee’s premier dental lab. Billy specializes in implant dentistry and complex treatment planning as well as immediate implant loading from full arch restorations to single unit restorations. Billy Goddard is a member of the National Association of Dental Laboratories, an affiliate member of American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and The Pankey Institute. He has lectured nationally for multiple organizations.
