Brittany Sullivan brings over 23 years of hands-on experience in dentistry, having served in nearly every role in the dental office—from sterilization technician to dental assistant, registered dental hygienist, treatment coordinator, and practice manager. She began her career in 2002 in private practice, quickly advancing from chairside assisting to earning her degree in Dental Hygiene from Mesa Community College in 2009.
Brittany shifted her focus from clinical hygiene to treatment coordination and practice management in 2017, developing a unique 360-degree perspective of dental operations. She has successfully navigated the distinct dynamics of both private practice and corporate dentistry, giving her insight into the challenges and opportunities of each model. Brittany specializes in treatment presentation for complex, interdisciplinary cases, helping patients understand the value of advanced care and guiding them through financing solutions for large treatment plans. She has expanded training through platforms such as Spear Education, Dental Intelligence, and dental sleep medicine/TMD. She has participated in extensive continuing education through programs she attends alongside her husband Dr. Sheldon Sullivan on topics such as complex restorative dentistry, treatment planning, cosmetics, implants, dental sleep medicine & TMD.
In addition to managing a thriving practice, Brittany has consulted dental offices seeking to improve systems, elevate case acceptance, and streamline patient communication. Her approachable style, real-world experience, and deep understanding of the patient journey make her an engaging and relatable speaker for dental teams looking to enhance both clinical and business outcomes.
