Implant therapy has been mainstream since the late 1980’s and many of the restorations placed 30 years ago are still in place and functioning. But others have had a less desirable outcome. From wear and tear, biologic failures and neglect, many of these restorations have become challenges for surgeons and restorative dentists alike. This course will outline some of the more common complications, give advice on how to manage and prevent them for occurring again.
