Ms. Hay is a partner with the law firm of HeplerBroom, LLC, working from the Chicago office. Ms. Hay actively defends professional liability cases. She has tried numerous dental malpractice cases to successful verdict and has also handled numerous appeals. Ms. Hay regularly presents seminars on risk and claims management for both professional and dental malpractice cases. In addition, she publishes on risk and claims management issues for both professional and dental malpractice. Ms. Hay is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, and a past editor-in-chief of the IDC Quarterly, the legal journal of the Illinois Defense Bar (2005-2006.)
