Dr. Garine graduated from Cairo University School of Dentistry in Egypt. Dr. Garine joined the Dental School at the University of Western Ontario, in London, Ontario, where he earned his dental degree. He then joined the Eastman Dental Center at the University of Rochester in NY where he specialized in the area of Prosthodontics. Dr. Garine’s research in implant dentistry has received several awards and was published in the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants. Dr. Garine is the Director of the Seaside Study Club and a clinical assistant professor at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. He maintains a private practice limited to prosthodontics and implant dentistry in Jupiter, Florida.
